FULL SERVICE PLANNING

Our collaborative, creative, and personalized approach allows clients to enjoy their engagement and be fully present on their wedding day. From hand selecting your vendor team, to event concept and design, to your final send off, we will walk alongside you every step of the way, ensuring your event reflects who you are as individuals and as a couple. At a high level, the full service experience includes each of the planning phases below.

 

Planning

We will create a detailed planning timeline that aligns with your priorities and lifestyle and will guide you through the entire process. From budget mapping to hand selecting vendors who will execute your vision, we will manage everything to ensure that you can fully enjoy your engagement. The process includes budget mapping, venue selection, vendor matching, logistics planning, checklist management, and RSVP management.

Design and Production

Our design process begins with a meeting to discuss your vision in detail. We then create a comprehensive mood board to allow you to visualize your event aesthetic in its entirety. Once approved, we will hire creative partners and reserve inventory. Our production team will be onsite the week leading up to your event to accept deliveries and manage installations.

Event Management

This is the time when our warm, personal service really shines. Approximately one month before your wedding, we will finalize details with vendors and creative partners. The process includes creating floor plans, a timeline, ceremony flow, and a detailed wedding weekend itinerary for you and your wedding party. We will be onsite to oversee the ceremony rehearsal, put the finishing touches on event setup, manage event flow, and oversee breakdown.

Do you have a day of planning package?

No. But we do offer Event Management only services (sometimes referred to as month of planning) to couples working with Legendary Events or Novare Events. This service is booked 2-3 months in advance of the event.

Do I have to book vendors you recommend?

One of the benefits of hiring a full service planner is your ability to leverage their vast industry experience and knowledge. Our vendor matching process connects couples with professionals who align with their personality, style, and planned investment. Our couples who have the best overall planning experience trust our judgement and follow our lead on this.

If we book, who will be our planner?

All couples work directly with Suzanne throughout the entire process. Additional planning and production support staff are brought in to participate in various onsite meetings, assist with event setup, and to manage your wedding. The number of staff assigned to your event will depend on the scale and scope of your wedding.

Do you work with out of town couples?

We partner with couples across the United States and abroad. Approximately two thirds of our clients do not live in the state of Georgia. In many instances, neither we nor the couple reside in the area where the wedding will take place.

Do you plan other weekend events?

Yes! Since we only book one wedding per weekend, we are available to assist with planning, design, and production for all wedding related activities such as the rehearsal dinner, welcome party, luncheons, golf outings, bourbon tastings, brunch, etc. Let us know what additional services you might be interested in when you submit your inquiry form.

When should couples hire a wedding planner?

As soon as possible. A couple looking for a full service planner should engage a professional prior to booking a venue or other vendors in order to have the best possible planning experience. Most of our couples book nine to twelve months out depending on the time of year they plan to get married and their destination.

Do you plan destination weddings?
