Full Service Planning, Design, and Production

We create and curate flawlessly executed events for each of our couples. Our collaborative, creative, and intentional approach allows clients to enjoy their engagement and be fully present on their wedding day. From hand selecting a vendor team to event design concept to your final send off, we will walk alongside you every step of the way.

PLANNING

We will create a detailed planning strategy that aligns with your priorities and lifestyle, guiding you through the entire process. From budget mapping to hand selecting vendors who will execute your vision, we will manage everything to ensure that you can relax and enjoy your engagement. Our process includes budget mapping, venue selection, vendor matching, logistics planning, checklist management, and RSVP management.

DESIGN

Our design process begins with a meeting to discuss your vision in detail. We then create a comprehensive mood board to allow you to visualize your event aesthetic in its entirety. Once approved, we will begin hiring and managing the creative partners necessary to make your vision a reality.

MANAGEMENT

Approximately one month before your wedding, we will begin to finalize details with vendors and creative partners. We will also create floor plans, a timeline, ceremony flow, and a detailed wedding weekend itinerary for you and your wedding party. In the week leading up to the event, we will oversee deliveries and installations as well as the ceremony rehearsal. On the wedding day, we will be onsite to manage event setup, event flow, and breakdown. This is the moment when our warm, personal service really shines.
